WebI watched a YouTube video a while back that was a pretty famous song from the 1960s or 1970s and I am trying to remember what it was. Here's what I remember: -It was by a black female solo singer -Her voice was high, kinda squeaky but in an endearing way -There's a part of the song where she sings, "Ooooooooooo" and it's really squeaky and cute Web17. Stay (Shakespears Sister) This is a song that hits high-pitched notes during the chorus (as with most songs). We love the way that the high pitch notes work here. The song is about pleading with somebody to stay with them, and we really feel as if the high-pitched parts are somebody screaming “come back to us”.
