WebThis multiplier is a result of each SNF's performance in the SNF VBP Program and will be applied to each SNF's adjusted federal per diem rate. When payments are made to a SNF's Medicare fee-for-service (FFS) Part A claims, the adjusted federal per diem rate will be multiplied by this factor.
